Madrid and Gijón arrival

Hello all,
I just wanted to write a quick post to let you know that we arrived safely in Gijón today.  We spent a busy couple of days in Madrid visiting the Parque del Retiro, the Debod Templo, and the Puerta de Sol.  We also enjoyed famous works of art including "Las Meninas" and "Guernica" at the Prado and Reina Sofía art museums.
We arrived in Gijón around 8:00 pm, met our families, and will reconvene again tomorrow for a tour of the Club Covadonga and the Colegio where we will have classes.
